Bali Hai’s 5 Step Cellulite & Slimming Body Therapy

1) Lymph Stimulation Massage (LSM). Bali Hai’s LSM is a delicate form of massage that stimulates the body's lymphatic system, improving the metabolism, helping the body to eliminate waste and toxins and provide a boost to the immune system. The lymphatic system is responsible for helping fluid and waste leave the body. When the lymphatic system becomes blocked, fluids build up and stagnate forming cellulite and fatty tissue. This causes your entire system to become toxic. By stimulating lymph glands through massage they will work more efficiently, which in turn boosts your immune system, clears blockages, eliminates toxins, transports nutrients to cells and increases your metabolism, thereby reducing cellulite and fat.

2) Body Scrub with Coffee. A body scrub is important so your body can absorb the rich nutrients, minerals and trace elements we will be applying to your body. Caffeine, the active ingredient in coffee, has been proven in clinical trials to work synergistically with escin and other active ingredients in our cellulite cream, Cellumend® and the specially blended Bali Hai Cellulite & Slimming Oil. Caffeine has a powerful lipolytic and venotonic effect in your body; it stimulates blood flow and enzymes that fight the free radicals that are creating cellulite, fat, wrinkles and the appearance of aging.

3) After you shower we apply Cellumend® a highly effective anti-cellulite cream.

Cellumend® anti cellulite cream is a product of the South African company Dermaxine. It is a botanical and marine based formula developed to remove and prevent cellulite. It contains a patented ingredient called Liporeductyl which has been tested and clinically proven to effectively prevent and remove cellulite. Bali Hai believes Cellumend® to be one of the most effective formulas for preventing and removing cellulite.

4) Aromatherapy style massage with the specially blended Bali Hai Cellulite & Slimming Oil. Bali Hai’s Aromatherapy Oil has a base of natural jojobal oil enriched with effective essences to assist in your fight against cellulite and fat. Some of the essential oils used are:

       Black pepper for increased blood circulation.
       Juniper Berry a powerful detoxifier and diuretic.
       Lime to help detoxify.
       Grapefruit as lymphatic stimulant and balances water.
