Bali Hai Massage - SawatDirak
Hi There,
Just back from holidays in Phuket (from 12/9/09 to 25/09/09) and felt I needed to email you to let you know of the pleasurable times my wife & I experienced at the above massage shop during our stay - so enjoyable that the originally intended one or two massages over the entire holiday period, turned into a once or twice a day treat for every day we were there.
The service at the above shop far exceeded our expectations in regards to quality & professionalism, and also the overall friendliness of
the girls - but they were never pushy so that we felt completely comfortable at all times - and always looking forward to our next visit.
In particular I would like you to pass on our thanks to Anna & her Mother who always looked after my wife exceptionally well (see photo) & also arranged for my first ever "foot scrape", Leck who provided fantastic service to me on several occasions (In the photo with my wife & also next to me at the centre of the other photo) & also to the lady who performed the "sunburn massage" on me at a time when it was really needed, but unfortunately I have forgotten her name. Treatment was fantastic & she really made me feel that she cared about "me" when working to relieve my sunburn symptoms, rather than just doing the basics required).
Every & every other girl that massaged us here was also top class in every regard, and and I would like you to please pass on our thanks to all of the girls at your shop, as they truly made our already fantastic holiday into a vacation of a lifetime that we will always remember fondly.
In fact, the only problem we ever experienced at Bali Hai was in having to decide which type of massage we wanted to experience next - regardless of whether the massage chosen was Thai, oil, the combination "Thai with oil", sunburn, or just a simple foot massage, each one was unique & an experience of pure heaven. In addition my wife also had all of her beauty needs well attended - facial, body scrub, manicure/pedicure & nail Polish, waxing, foot scrub, hair braid repairs, etc, and again the
girls left my wife feeling totally relaxed, completely pampered, and they did an absolutely wonderful job. To us, the Bali Hai Massage Shop - on SawatDirak road - truly sets the standard that all other Massage services should aim to achieve. We definitely will be keeping Bali Hai massage as a regular "must-do" item when we next make it to Phuket, and hope to visit again in the very near future.

My husband and I visited Phuket in May this year and spent many wonderful hours having massages at your establishment.
I felt I had to write to you to let you know how impressed I was with the cleanliness of your premises and the professionalism and friendliness of the ladies who attended to us.
Many older Australians coming to Phuket are reluctant to visit a massage establishment but we were delighted to find that all our fears were totally unfounded and we felt completely comfortable at all times.
We ended up having foot massages every day (absolute bliss) and I enjoyed a body scrub and oil massage which I can only describe as heaven!
I can thoroughly recommend Bali Hai to all who come to Phuket, enjoy!!
